Let me tell you a little bit about me!

I work with adolescents and adults of all ages and from many different backgrounds.  I seek to establish with my clients a relationship which is confidential, respectful and non-judgemental. My work with you will be in an integrative way with person centred theory at the heart of our sessions.  This means that I see clients as unique individuals whose needs vary and so I use a variety of therapeutic methods to meet each client's individual needs.  You may just want to talk, or we can look at using relaxation techniques such as mindfulness to reduce anxiety and stress, or creative therapies such as art or writing.

We will work together with whatever feels relevant and helpful to you, so that you can identify unhelpful behaviours, emotions and thinking.  Some of the benefits of counselling are:

Trauma resolution

Managing anxiety and building self-esteem

Positive relationships and the confidence to set healthy boundaries

Emotional balance and a better relationship with yourself
